A&B Tower proudly holds the LEED Platinum Certificate – the highest level in the LEED green building rating system – awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This prestigious certificate underscores the project’s steadfast commitment to sustainable development and environmental stewardship.

Comprising 26 above-ground floors and three basement levels dedicated to parking, A&B Tower is designed and constructed in accordance with Grade A office building standards. The building embodies contemporary architectural elegance, incorporating premium equipment and advanced technical systems sourced from renowned international manufacturers. With a total rentable area of approximately 25,000 m2,  the tower has been operational since late 2010.

Extinguishers and sprinklers are equipped in all lift lobbies and other critical areas of the building.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS)

BMS is used to control all technical systems in building, such as air conditioning, ventilation, lighting, power monitoring, generators, water pumps, and fire safety.

SECURITY CONTROL TV SYSTEM

The SCTV system is equipped throughout the public areas from the basement to the rooftop of the building. This is an integral part of the fire safety and security objective of the building.

BACKUP POWER SYSTEM

Backup Power by 2 Cummins generators – 3,000KVA ready to provide 100% power to ensure normal operations for the building. Moreover, all technical systems of the Building are operated and controlled by BMS System

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

Using 3 Trane Chillers made in USA which is one of the leading brand in air conditioning in the world with a capacity of 325 BTU / chiller

EXHAUSTED FAN SYSTEM

4 Fresh air supply fans in the basement B2 and B3 8 exhaust fans for 3 basements and rest rooms system. 2 smoke exhaust fans are installed on the roof top in case of fire incidents.

WATER SUPPLY PUMP SYSTEM

Building is equipped with Grundfos Hydro MPC pump system, fabricated to the highest standards; can perform easily and accurately, even in the toughest pressure operation.

SEWAGE SYSTEM

Sewage system is operated automatically with the capacity of waste water flow standard is 120 cum/day.
